Where’s the good stuff?

They closed their €5.5m Series A round in Q3 2019, led by RTP global with follow on investments from Main Incubator and 42Cap. Co-founders Fabian and Xaver were both listed in Forbes 30-under-30 and have garnered 20+ awards for the company.

What do they do?

E-bot7’s platform helps companies engage and manage their digital customer service experience, providing real-time customer support pre and post-sale, via a hybrid Agent+AI solution. Companies are able to select a confidence level (how accurate a response needs to be) and any messages that can be answered above this rating are automated. If the software rates the response below the level, an agent needs to edit or approve the response, training the AI to increase the confidence of that message next time.

Their plug-and-play software is designed to support businesses who want fast implementation and results within in a few days, the platform working without a single line of code. Used as a stand-alone platform (cloud & on-premise) or as an integration into existing CRM systems, pre-trained ML algorithms learn quickly to reduce average handling times, increases sales and save up to 80% of costs.

What do they do?

Funnel is changing the way marketers think and interact with data by taking messy, siloed data from over 500 platforms and automatically generating Business-Ready data that is fully harmonized, instantly refreshed and always ready to act upon. The platform empowers marketers to own the data, making better and faster decisions about what’s really driving the business, such as the spend of a marketing campaign compared to customers converted. The platform also offers the flexibility to send the data into any destination, be it a data warehouse or directly into a visualisation tool.

Funnel’s plug-and-play solution is flexible enough to fit to changing marketing requirements, and doesn’t require an in-house team for development or maintenance.
